Registration instructions
All the steps to successfully complete event registration.
Important information
For participation in the event on Saturday 25 May at the Olympic Stadium it is advisable that adult companions do not exceed the number of 3 for every 7 children.
The recommended age range for participating children is between 5 and 12 years.

Download the Release form for the use of images of minors and distribute it to all parents of participating minors.
The completed and signed releases must be sent via email to info@giornatamondialebambini.com no later than 05/20/2024.

Download the Children Protection Notice form and distribute it to all companions of participating minors (if the companion is the parent of the minor, the form is not necessary).

Make the payment of the Contribution to the Solidarity Fund of €5 (euros) for each participant (adult or child), via bank transfer made out to:

After sending the registration form you will receive an email confirming your request. If you do not receive the email within a few hours, check the Junk folder in your email program, or write to info@worldchildrenday.org.

A few days before the event you will receive an email with the QR code necessary for entry to the Olympic Stadium (25 May), while access to St. Peter's Square (26 May) is free. If you do not receive the email with the QR code by May 20, 2024, check the Junk folder of the email program, or write to info@worldchildrenday.org.
Cancellation of registration
In the event that some or all members are no longer able to participate in the WCD, please immediately notify the Organization at info@worldchildrenday.org. In this way the places will become available again for other boys and girls. Thank you.
